Columbus Youth Camp (CYC) and the Boy's and Girl's Club (BGC) is offering a celebratory overnight this summer to end summer with lots and lots of excitement! This overnight is open to any SOE member with a current membership entering 1st-12th grade. The member must be registered for SOE (CLUB/CAMP/TEEN) during the week of the overnight. Campers will experience tent camping at Eagle Point, Muskrat Cove, and in Cabins. Dinner, breakfast, and lunch will be provided. You will drop your camper off as usual on Thursday morning and pick them up as usual on Friday afternoon. This overnight will have no cost for members and you must pre-register. Field days at Columbus Youth Camp this summer will be on June 14, June 28, July 12 and July 26.

Field days at Boys and Girls Club this summer will be on June 7, June 21, July 5, July 19 and August 2.

All SOE participants will attend. This includes Club, Camp, and Teens.
No programming will be available at BGC on CYC Field Days or at CYC on BGC Field Days. For CYC Field Days Drop Off your camper between 6AM and 8:30AM at FFY. Pickup your camper at FFY between 5PM and 6:30PM.

We will be closed Monday May 27 for Labor Day.

Weekly camp fee: $175/child. - A $25 sibling discount will be given if enrolled to attend the same camp.
(This is not part of the SOE Program, Club Membership not required, and sliding fee scale is not offered on these camps).

Camp Programming: 9:30am - 4:30pm.


Non-Members:
Drop off between 9:00 - 9:30 am at the circle drive in front of the white house / Pick-up 4:30 pm at the experiential learning center just East of the main entrance. CYC (12454 W. Youth Camp Rd. Columbus, IN 47201).
Members:
Transportation provided to/from CYC. Drop off at FFY between 6:00 - 8:30 am / pickup between 5:00 - 6:30 pm at FFY (405 Hope Ave. Columbus, IN 47201).

Campers may bring their own lunch or eat the sack lunch provided; Snacks will be provided by CYC.
Packing list information will be provided on registration receipt.
Minimum enrollment to run each camp is 8 children & maximum of 20.
Registration will end the Thursday prior to start date or when spaces have been filled so register early!

Tinker Camp (June 3 - 7) Grades: 3-6
Tinker Camp will give campers the opportunity to learn and utilize technology to create projects. Campers will make rockets, use laser cutters, 3d modeling technology and much more. This camp was formerly known as makerspace camp.


Gardening Camp (June 10 - 14) Grades: 3-6
If you want to learn how to garden this is the camp for you. You'll spend a week learning the ins and outs of how to manage and take care of plants. Let's see what we can discover together! We will take a field trip to Newfields in Indianapolis to tour the garden and visit 100 acre on June 13th.

Design Camp (June 17 - 21) Grades: 3-6
This Design Camp is scaled for our younger campers. High school design team members will work with local educators to teach the design process and collaborate on projects of their own.

Music Camp (June 24 - 28) Grades: K - 5
Campers will be engaged in musical activities such as learning how to read music to singing. The week will end with a talent show performance for their families to come and see what they learned.

Arts and Crafts Camp (July 8 - 12) Grades: 2 - 6
Come out to camp and get creative with your art. During this week you'll be inspired by the great outdoors and paint and craft beautiful pieces of art.

Athletics Camp (July 15-19) Grades: 3-6
Do you like sports? Do you enjoy being active? Join us this week for fun filled sports to keep our bodies up and moving. Hope we can spark your interest in a sport you'd like to join.

Adventure Camp (July 24-28) Grades: 3-6
This week you will be hiking the trails of camp, enjoying the lake for a swim and will get immersed in nature. We will take a trip to Brown County and do several hikes.

Cooking Camp (July 22 - 26) Grades: 2 - 6
Campers will learn how to make different dishes and will be able to enjoy the food they make. We'll visit Beasely Orchard to see how food is grown and tour the farm.

ABC Stewart Camp (August 5 - 9) Grades: K-7
Come out to camp to have awesome adventures before returning back to school! This week is full of fun camp activities such as hiking, swimming, arts and crafts and so much more!
